Sleeping with Tourettes [CC]
So hello you guys! I'm Emily here on TourettesWithPets and it's really late at night so I thought it would be a perfect time to do a quick video on sleeping with Tourettes. So this is my bed. You can ignore the lint that my new blanket has brought my entire bed set.
But yeah, this is my bed. And as you can imagine, sleeping with Tourettes is not fun. At the end of this video, I will be including a clip of me actually trying to sleep. It was from my nap from about a week ago. Yeah, so I'm gonna show you a position that has helped me with sleeping. So when I sleep, I take my gloves off actually. 'Cause this position helps me a lot with not needing the gloves. And then I get on my stomach and usually I put one arm underneath the pillow and one arm underneath my body and I sleep like this.
So I can actually sleep. And usually I do it the other way around. This is actually pretty comfortable for me. It's especially great if you have boobs because Your boobs kind of make it to where your entire body is not crushing your arm. Plus I'm really light. That's how I sleep. I've heard a lot of other people talking about sleeping in different positions. But that's how I sleep to prevent me from hitting myself.
The regular. I haven't found anything to stop me from getting tic attacks at night. That's particularly when I usually get them. Yeah, that's just how I sleep. Now I'm gonna be sending you to a video of me sleeping. Sooooo, see you now. So as you can see, when I sleep I do these little- usually I just do these little crunch-y tics. From what I've been told, I do tic in my sleep.
That's what I've been told. Of course, I can't see myself when I'm sleeping, but that's what my dad has told me. That's a video of me trying to get to sleep, and I just kept having these little crunch tics. So that's what's going on with sleeping at the moment. If you liked this video, give it a like, and if you want to see more of my content, which I will be making regularly, you can hit that subscribe button. I hope this video was helpful for any of you. And I'll see you in the next video! Bye!.
