RockTape - Kinesiology Tape Instruction - Bunion

Author: RockTape Go Stronger, Longer

Here we’ll detail the steps on applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape for a bunion. This application can reduce pain and inflammation in the area. Start with 1 inch wide tape and measure from the side of the big toe to just above the heel. Measure a second strip around the foot, just below the toes. Leave about a half inch between the ends. Round the tape’s ends to avoid catching on gear or clothing.

With the first strip, tear an end then anchor to the side of the big toe. Pull away the release paper and apply down the side of the foot. Rub to activate the adhesive. Tear the center of the second strip to expose the adhesive.

Then, with slight stretch, apply over the bunion. Lay down the ends with no stretch, then rub to activate the adhesive. Thanks for watching! Check out our other videos for more movement and taping tutorials to help you go stronger, longer.
