Reporter: I SPOKE TO HIM HERE AT HIS ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND HE TELLS ME, WHILE HE WAS HAVING THE IMEX SURGERY, HE WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TREATMENT.
