The herb for this week is the notopterygium root- which is very hard to say, so from now on in the video we're going to refer to it as "Qiang Huo"- which is the Chinese word for the root. It's not any magic description of anything, it just is the Chinese word for the notopterygium root.
So, qiang huo is very good for common cold, neck pain, headaches, arthritis- especially, common cold with neck pain and headache.
