First Aid Treatments : How to Remove Mites Burrowed in the Skin

Author: Expertvillage

You know one of the insects that can cause a great deal of discomfort is a bite from the common mite. They are infrequent however, many times bites from mites can result in what's known as scabies. Hi I'm Captain Joe Bruni and what I'm going to talk about is how to treat and remove mites from under the skin. A trip to a medical facility and a doctor will normally have to determine through a skin test whether this is what is actually occurring. If it's been determined that mites have bitten or scabies have formed, the doctor will prescribe some type of anti scabies type of medication. A warm bath prior to applying medication is in order.

A warm bath and warm water will soften up the crusty areas that happen to form from mite types of bites. After drying off, then the anti scabies medication can be applied. Keeping the area dry and clean for reapplication at a further point in time. I'm Captain Joe Bruni, stay safe and we will see you next time.
