EFT for Weight Loss - Release the Belief That You Can't Lose Weight

Have you been trying to lose weight but feel like you can't do it? This EFT tapping video will help you eliminate that negative belief. So stay tuned. Hi everybody, this is Cynthia Ungson. Today I'm going to be doing a EFT video on weight loss. This is going to be the first out of many that I will do for weight loss. And today is going to be about the topic, I can't lose weight. That is the statement that we're going to be tapping on.

If you don't know what I'm talking about when I refer to tapping or EFT, I recommend that you watch the video "What is EFT and How to Do It". But, if you just want to watch this video and not watch that other one, that's fine. You can just tap along with me when I start tapping on certain points on my face and body and repeat what I say. The purpose of this video is to help you eliminate negative beliefs and negative emotions around weight loss and if you feel like you just can't lose weight, this is the video for you. But before we get into the actual EFT sequence, I want you to get a measurement from the scale of 0 through 10. 10 being the highest or most intense, and 0 being nothing. Just say to yourself the statement "I can't lose weight" and see how that feels to you.

Does that sound true. So, now that you have the number from 0 through 10, let's start tapping. You just have to tap along with me and repeat as I say. Even though I can't lose weight, I love myself anyway. Even though I can't lose weight, I deeply and completely love myself. Even though I can't lose weight, I deeply and completely love, honor, and accept all of me.

I can't lose weight. I just can't do it. I try and I try. And I just keep failing. Every single time I try and go on a diet, it just doesn't work out for me. I'm starting to feel like it's impossible.

It's just impossible for me to lose weight. Maybe I'm just destined to be overweight. Maybe I'm destined to be fat. That just sounds horrible.

That I can't change if I want to. But right now I just feel like that's true for me. Like I can't lose weight no matter what I do. Why bother? I've dieted many times before. So many times.

A countless amount of times, I've tried. And some of those diets lasted a few days. Some of those diets lasted much longer. And if I ever found a little bit of success. It just doesn't last.

It seems like all my attempts just fail. They fall short. I fall short. Weight loss is just out of my reach. My weight loss goals, my health goals, maybe I just can't grasp them.

It's impossible for me. I just can't do it. And it's not fair. Other people lose weight so easily. There are many people who have went on diets and have succeeded.

Some have lose hundreds of pounds and kept it off. And yet when it comes to me, why can't I do it? And after everything that I've experienced and felt. Through all these years of trying.

I've just come to the conclusion that I can't do it, I can't lose weight. And I feel so horrible. And I don't want to give up hope.

I just don't want to give up hope. But I feel like I have none. I wonder if I can turn things around. And start believing that I can lose weight. But how can I believe in something I haven't been able to do? But I do know of stories of people who have tried for years and eventually they figure it out. And they lose the weight and they keep it off. And they reach their goals. And that's so inspiring to me.

I would love to be one of those inspiring stories one day. But I just don't know. It seems like it can happen to other people but not me.

It's just impossible for me. But what if I can start to believe a little bit, just a little bit, that that story will eventually become mine, of people who have tried for years to lose weight and they finally figure it out, it finally clicks. And they find something that works for them. In some cases it was a particular diet. In some other cases it was a complete life change or mental change. I don't know what it's going to be for me. Maybe it's going to be this weird tapping stuff I just found out about. But there is a possibility that I can find a different approach.

An approach I haven't tried before that will actually work for me. Maybe I can start to believe now, that it's possible. I can lose weight and keep it off.

I'm not going to give up. I know it's hard. It's been so hard. But I can't give up hope. Because what is there if I can't have hope. I know it seems impossible sometimes. But I'm willing to give it a try, I'm willing to believe, that there's an answer out there, I just haven't found it yet.

But I'm starting to feel hopeful that I can find it. I will find that answer. And maybe it's several answers and not just one. And maybe the next diet will work and maybe it won't. But I won't give up. Maybe what I'm looking for isn't really a diet per se. But just the ability to believe, that this is possible for me. That I can achieve my goals, that I can get what I want.

And if what I want is to lose weight, I want to believe that I can do it. So I'm gonna let go of any part of me that still feels like I can't do it. I'm gonna let it go now from every part of my being.

I ask that this negative belief leave me now. And that it be replaced by love. And self-belief. Because anything is possible. And losing weight is no exception to that.

I can lose weight. I can lose weight. Take a nice deep breathe. And I hope that tapping session really moved your energies and really makes you feel more confident and more in belief that you can do this. And I believe that you can do it, I truly do. Once again, I want you to get the scale from 0 through 10 on the statement "I can't lose weight". Just say that statement to yourself and see how that feels. Does that feel true to you or not? And hopefully that number went down for you.
