It is therefore advised to gently scrape your tongue and use a good quality tongue scrapper. 3. Lemon Juice And Turmeric Powder.

Natural remedies are very effective and provide best results and therefore it is advised to use lemon juice and turmeric powder. On the other hand, the citric nature of lemon juice helps in removing the dead cells and fights of bacteria and reduces the risk of infection. All you need is to mix lemon juice and turmeric powder to make a paste and now use this paste to scrub your tongue gently. You can repeat this remedy every alternate day for getting best results. 4. Baking Soda. Baking soda also contains anti-bacterial properties and can reduce the risk of bacterial infection as well.

You should therefore make a paste of baking soda and lemon juice and apply this paste gently on your tongue and clean the tongue with the help of your fingers. Repeat this remedy 4 to 5 times in a week to get rid of white coated tongue completely. 5.

Salt Water. Salt is anti septic in nature and is therefore very effective in removing the bacteria from the mouth. Salt also helps in removing the white coating from the tongue very effectively. It is therefore advised to mix some salt in water and use this mixture to rinse your mouth properly. Repeat this remedy every day until you get complete relief from the problem. 6. Hydrogen Peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide can also remove the bacteria from your tongue and provide relief from the white coating and the problem of bad breath effectively.

It is therefore advisable to use a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide for rinsing your mouth.
